Minimum Shipping fee start $7.95 

• Shipping chocolate via USPS ground from October through March is usually safe from melting. However, if you are in a climate that is above 75 degrees or a truck delivering from Colorado.  

• If you are really concerned about melting because of warm temperature you can request that an icepack be put in with your box for an additional charge.

• Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be handmade before it is shipped. 

• Shipping will be done through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. 

• Delivery is available in the U.S. only, and quoted rates are for the 48 contiguous states.

• Additional charges apply for shipping to multiple locations with a single order.

• Shipping charges are subject to change and may be subject to sales tax in some states.

• M.A.X.’s Amazing Sweets is not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly. Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer. 

• M.A.X.’s Amazing Sweets is unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO & FPO locations.

• M.A.X.’s Amazing Sweets is unable to deliver on Mondays. This will ensure your chocolates are not left sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.

• M.A.X.’s Amazing Sweets is closed and cannot ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the day after Thanksgiving) and Christmas Day (and in some cases Christmas Eve or the day after Christmas).
