We do not have our own store front. Under the Cottage Food Act I am able to bake out of my home.

How long will it take for a reply?
We make every attempt possible to reply to e-mails and phone calls within 48 hours. At times, we are unable to meet this target due to the large volume of e-mails & phone calls.
What should be included on the email?
It is very important that you include the following information in your order to expedite the process and avoid multiple unnecessary emails.
Event Date (as we may be booked already)
Serving Amount. (Please don’t just say I want a two or three tiered cake)
Design wanted (You could also send me a picture if you have one) or description of what you would like us to create.
How far in advance should an order be placed?
Due to the limited amount of orders we are able complete weekly, we encourage all clients to place their order as soon as they have a date for the event. Sometimes we are able to accommodate last minute orders but we cannot guarantee it. Please note there is a rush order fee if you order is not a week out from the due date.
Do you offer tastings?
Since, we currently do not have a storefront and/or we do not freeze our goodies; we are unable to provide you with taste testing session.
Do you deliver?
A delivery fee of $1.30/mile or a minimum of $15.00 will be determined using Google Maps. This fee will be added to the final cost of the cake. It is strongly recommended that M.A.X.'s Amazing Sweets, delivers the cake, as our delivery team has experience in the transport and set up of large cakes of complicated and delicate design.
Is there a place where I can pick up my order?
No, currently I do not have a store front for pick ups. All orders will be delivery only.
Do you ship cake or cupcake orders?
Unfortunely, we are unable to ship any of our cakes or cupcakes at this time.
Do you ship your truffles and chocolates?
Yes, we do offer shipping for our truffles & chocolates. Shipping chocolate via USPS ground from October through March is usually safe from melting. If you are really concerned about melting because of warm temperature you can request that an icepack be put in with your box.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do offer a 15% discounts on our custom cakes & cupcakes to the following:
